Handyman/ General Laborer

Reports To
The Handyman will report to the Project Manager

Job Overview
The Handyman will complete manual labor tasks and support operations on job sites. This position requires you to do so while also following proper safety protocols

Responsibilities and Duties
● Demo areas of worksite
● Repair drywall and paint areas as needed
● Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks
● Handle and transport materials and equipment
● Use power tools when needed to complete trim tasks
● Complete other general tasks as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
● Familiarity with power tools
● Good hand eye coordination
● Commitment to safety rules and regulations
● Hands on experience with drywalling, painting, trim carpentry, demolition, etc.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Must be able to light up to 50 pounds as required
Work Schedule
● Regular hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
● The daily schedule may extend beyond regular hours depending on the day-to-day
workflow.
● Occasional Saturdays are required as necessary.
