Fine Dining Server / Bartender

LIMITED TIME ONLY! THE ORCHID STEAKHOUSE is looking for talented and passionate people to come be part of our fine dining establishment! Exquisite cuisine coupled with ambiance and a comfortable setting. Right now, there is a limited opportunity for the employment of new Servers and Bartenders. Servers and Bartenders will coordinate orders from the guests, as well as serve our delicious menu items. Servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The Back Server aids front servers in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items.

Essential Job Functions:
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Assemble table and place settings to ensure that they are always clean, safe, and orderly
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Explain to guests about menu items
• Clean and prepare the dining areas and bar
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
