Residential Property Manager Position
Regional Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Property Managers for a residential , LIHTC apartment community in Monticello, NY.
The candidate we are seeking must demonstrate 1-year Apartment Management experience with strong marketing. Lease up experience is a plus. The candidate should be a take charge and make things happen type of Manager with analytical skills. The candidate should be familiar with LIHTC Section 42 properties and preferably have recognized national certifications. A NYS Real Estate Salesperson license is preferred. We are a technology driven company so experience with Excel, Work, Outlook and Yardi would be a plus. Valid driver’s license required.
