Job Description

We are looking for a Fireplace Service Technician/Apprentice to join our team! You will install, service, and repair various fireplace systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Install new fireplace systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Clean up debris on job site
  • Support office staff and assist in the warehouse when needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be comfortable on ladders, scaffolding and roofs
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Construction experience
  • Ability to handle physical workload, lifting at least 100lbs
  • Must be able to work overtime in peak season
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Basic Math and English Skills
