As a project field leader, you will play a vital role in the performance of our company. Our foremen are bags-on lead carpenters. As a key player you will usually have the answers to project information or know how to get them, making sure projects are following schedules, have the materials they need, and provide updates to the production team.  No room for error and your position is treated with an urgency mentality. You are responsible for reading plans and lining up subcontractors and crew. About 50% of your time is spent on tools and putting high-quality work in place while communicating expectations with precision and clarity to our production team. This position sets a well-rounded lead carpenter up for a successful transition into a superintendent or project management role over time while working with teams that are dedicated to the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship.

The compensation range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
