Job Description:

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in electrical systems and motors. Ensure seamless operation by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various industrial machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance: Routine inspections and repairs of electrical components.
  • AC/DC electrical systems experience, ranging from 480VAC to 24VDC.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical motors, primarily 208/230 240 and 480 VAC.
• Motor Maintenance: Diagnose and fix electric motors and drive systems.
• Troubleshooting: Address mechanical, electrical, and motor-related issues effectively.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute regular maintenance schedules.
• Emergency Repairs: Promptly respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Documentation: Keep records of maintenance activities.
• Safety: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a similar field is required
• A strong background in troubleshooting is a must
• A two year technical degree in Industrial Electricity, or a closely related degree, is preferred; may be substituted for equivalent work experience
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and work effectively with all plant associates.
• Must be self-directed and motivated with a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong collaboration skills are required
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly as scheduled and maintain a punctual, reliable attendance record.  Overtime and weekend work may be required for emergencies or special projects
