The Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse PICU will provide quality, safe, and direct nursing care to the assigned patient population. The Registered Nurse PICU will utilize nursing processes to delivery effective patient care within scope of practice. The Registered Nurse PICU will also acknowledge and implement standards of care as established by the organization.
The Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse PICU will provide a patient-focused environment and will be responsible for educating families and caregivers about continuation of care and patient transition.
