The Critical Care RN will be delivering patient care at this 275+ bed hospital. This hospital offers a wide range of services including emergency and trauma care, women’s services, cardiology, orthopedics, and surgical services. 

Reporting to the Critical Care Manager, the Critical Care RN will serve with an outstanding team of Acute and Critical Care Nurses. With the CCRN Nursing Manager and Director, a Supervisor, a Unit Educator and three tenured Charge Nurses, this Critical Care RN will receive plenty of clinical support in the ICU. 

This is a great opportunity for a strong Critical Care RN to move to a well-run and high quality department. The RN will work in a cutting edge unit. Collaborating with a skilled team of 25+ Nurses, and working closely with excellent doctors, respiratory therapists, and technicians, this Critical Care RN will find a unit that feels like a family. 

The Critical Care RN will serve an essential role in the Intensive Care Unit, responsible for the direct care of up to two patient rooms per shift, depending on how critical the patient is. The RN will incorporate evidence based practice into their care. The Critical Care RN will also be responsible for quickly and accurately responding to acute changes in their patient’s condition. 

The Critical Care RN will enjoy living in a beautiful, quaint town on the Eastern Side of St. Louis.
