Front Desk Sales representative and Attendant at Purify Infrared Sauna

Purify Infrared Sauna is looking for the next awesome team member to assist clients! We have a relaxed, positive atmosphere but we also work hard and get things done. We are currently looking to bring on people who have a passion for health and wellness, superior customer service, and commitment to creating a clean and organized environment for our clients!

The purpose of our Front Desk/Sales Representative is to assist the manager and business by building a relationship with prospective or new clients, providing a positive experience, and successfully creating new membership sales. The role also assists with retaining relationships and providing customer service to current members. Health and Wellness/Fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use MindBody software system
• Must be have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to work under some pressure and stay focused during busy and peak hours

Responsibilities of the role:

• Greeting clients promptly and enthusiastically!
• Answer phones and emails, making and managing appointments for clients
• Checking out customers, and maintaining accurate records in our sales system
• Learning about infrared sauna therapy, explaining the health benefits to clients, and conducting tours of the facility to present services and target individual’s goals and needs
• Guiding new clients through the experience and explaining procedure
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Accurately following daily cleaning and task checklists that include cleaning of the facility and restrooms, and washing/folding towels
• Selling retail products

We are currently looking for part time employees for our Patterson Avenue (Richmond) and Short Pump (Henrico) locations, but flexibility to work either is preferred.
Availability:

Mon-Fri:  2pm-8pm

Fri-Sun: 9am-5pm (must have ability to work some rotating weekends)
