The Charge Nurse Surgical Services will oversee and coordinate the nursing and clinical activities during surgical procedures. They will be responsible for ensuring that the surgical team functions smoothly and that patient care is of the highest quality. Additionally, the Charge Nurse Surgical Services will educate and guide staff members and identify opportunities for process improvement. 

The ideal Charge Nurse Surgical Services candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing and previous supervisory experience in surgery/operating room.
