Warehouse Shipping Lead - Second Shift

Job Summary:

U.S. Electrical Services Inc. is searching for a Warehouse Shipping Team Lead to oversee the second shift warehouse team in our Stoughton, MA, CDC distribution center. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the shipping department to optimize operations.
• Protect Company assets from theft and damage.
• Assist supervisors with implementation and enforcement of Central Distribution Center policies and procedures.
• Train and continuously develop new and existing employees.
• Support Central Distribution Center's team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency.
• Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team.
• Other general warehouse duties to be assigned.
• Assist Manager in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Required Skills:

• Experience with shipping operations.
• Previous experience with warehouse equipment, including driving a forklift.
• 2+ years of prior experience in a warehouse leadership position preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast paced, competitive environment.
• Must possess leadership qualities and be able to manage and resolve conflict.
