Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
Skilled home care throughout the metro Twin cities area. Clients referred from post-acute, senior living, community settings.
Start date: ASAP
Shift: Monday through Friday, 08:00-17:00 + every tenth weekend
Daily Patient Load: 5 points per day
Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: Y
Weekend REQ: Y - Every 10th weekend
Certs REQ:
- MN license required
- Drivers License required
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? N
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? N
Open to accommodating block schedule? N
