Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Wholesaler, importer and distributor of ethnic groceries - domestic and international purchasing, seeking for Experienced Warehouse Manager/Specialists for administrative assistant position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Check and verify source documents: invoices, receipts, deposits, etc.
• Assisting in Managing accounts payable and accounts receivables.
• Confirm that completed work matches invoices and reconcile any discrepancies
• Keep updated accounting information.
• Run financial reports needed by management.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensuring safety of warehouse staff..

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate in financial record-keeping

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
