We are looking to add a Remodeling Manager to our growing and talented team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is career minded and looking for opportunities to grow with KCBR. Is reliable and has the ability to manage their time efficiently overseeing numerous projects simultaneously with consistent attention to detail, timeline, and quality while maximizing productivity.
Someone who has sound judgment, knowing how to improvise and think on the fly and loves the challenge of solving unique problems quickly. Has experience planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of projects. Someone who takes initiative and has the ability to lead a project from inception to completion.
As a Remodeling Manager must display superb customer service skills. It will also include solid communication skills, and the ability to interact in a positive manner with clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel. We are an incredibly busy and growing remodeling company, doing an average of 10-12 remodeling projects at a time. The majority of our work is in Kansas City, and surrounding areas.

The Remodeling Manager's duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing all facets of project budget, scheduling, coordinating personnel and materials, ensuring that all necessary components are in place, on time, and that jobs are executed and completed at the highest quality.
- Deliver a consistent, repeatable, quality client experience.
- Will be a primary point of contact for the client providing daily project communications and summary to client and team while maintaining client satisfaction through to completion.
- Perform any and all additional responsibilities assigned by management.
- Represent KCBR with integrity and pride.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Construction Management or relevant hands-on experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the construction and/or design field with Project Management for large scope projects and additions.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service and Leadership skills.
- Time and Resource Management.
- Tech Savvy - Ability to master construction management computer programs such as BuilderTrend, Procore, or CoConstruct.
- Team player who works well with others and can effectively direct and manage people.
- Comfortable with various technology and software systems related to the construction field.
- Physical demands - Ability to lift 50 pounds, push and pull heavy items on a regular basis, stoop, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be located within 25 miles of our Lenexa office (15 miles is ideal)
