Sign Installer Role: As a Sign Installer, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative team, contributing both inside and outside the shop. Your responsibilities will include: - Outdoor Projects: Expertly install and service wall, ground, and projecting signs. - Customer Interaction: Showcase your courteous and professional on-site skills with customers and general contractors. Vinyl Specialist Role: If you have a passion for precision and detail, our Vinyl Specialist role is perfect for you! Responsibilities include: - Indoor Projects: Demonstrate your finesse in carefully weeding vinyl designs, transferring vinyl, and packaging final decals. - Attention to Detail: Uphold a keen eye for detail, ensuring top-notch quality in vinyl production. Qualifications and Skills: - Clean Driving Record: Drive your career forward with a spotless driving record. - Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve goals consistently, meeting quality and sign code requirements. - Bonus Skills: Familiarity with crane, bucket truck, and/or CDL is a plus. - Experience: While prior experience is advantageous, we welcome individuals with the right attitude and a passion for learning. Work Schedule and Compensation: - Join our Monday through Friday install crew, with occasional weekends during peak operations. - Overtime opportunities available. - Enjoy a salary commensurate with experience, with the potential for increased pay through certifications.
