Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team at X-Golf El Dorado Hills In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons by preparing and serving beverages and food while assisting guests with set up and operations of the golf simulators. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in creating a memorable entertainment experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities include:

●        Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

●        Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all customers. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the overall experience.

●        Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and garnishes.

●        Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations. Verify the age of guests to ensure responsible alcohol service.

●        Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff, servers, and management, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

●        Cash Handling: Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely, providing correct change and processing transactions with care.

●        Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue by recommending specialty drinks, daily specials, or other promotional items.

●        Working closely with owners to create an unforgettable customer experience that drives repeat business.

 Qualifications:

●        High school diploma or equivalent required. 

●        Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility.

●        Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.  

●        Knowledge and love for golf is a plus.
