Certified Caregiver

Christian Care Fellowship Square of Cottonwood is looking for a part-time Certified Caregiver. The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents.

We are Fellowship Square Phoenix, a nonprofit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.

As our Caregiver you will:

• Monitor prescribed medications to patients.
• Maintain medical records.
• Orders and completes medication records.
• No experience is required but must have caregiver certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid cards, Fingerprint Clearance card, and current TB test.
• Be available for the day shift, including weekends.

As our Caregiver you will:

• Assist residents in personal care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain records and follow service plans designed to enhance the lives of our residents.
• Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.
• Build strong relationships in a positive team environment throughout the community.
• An active state-required Caregiver.
• An interest in growing a career in healthcare.
• A Positive can-do attitude.
• Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
