Medical Office Representative

Responsible for:

- Greeting each and every client that walks in with courtesy and respect

- Answering multiply phone lines in a pleasing, courteous and respectful manner and processing all messages in a timely manner

- Scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately, with a minimum of 25 patients daily. while working 5 schedules

- Creating and maintaining patient files with appropriate forms and insurance information and filing all documents within 24 hours of receiving them .

- Notify appropriate staff of any errors, patient concerns or complaints. Maintain integrity.

- Ensure appropriate documents are signed in chart prior to seeing provider

- Honor all HIPPA and confidentiality laws

- Taking payments for co-payments, cash pay services and providing a receipt appropriately on arrival

- Maintaining the supply cabinet and informing owner of supplies beginning low as needed weeks in advance.

- Prioritizing work tasks and completing necessary tasks before the end, keeping work area neat and tidy

- Various data entry as necessary

- Willing to take continuing education courses if requested

- MUST BE HAVE ECLINICALWORKS EXPERIENCE

-MUST BE A MULITTAKSER AND WELL ORGANIZED
