We are a leading building material company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Act as the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company meetings and events.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of company documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle and process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the completion of tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. This is a full time position (M-F) from 7:30am-4pm.
