Accounts Payable:

 
Seeking an entry level representative to work in our Accounts Payable Department to join our team.  As an entry level representative with a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of distribution. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, recognizes attention to detail and is willing to accept new challenges. The successful candidate must have previous experience in accounts payable, accounting or similar position, the ability to prioritize and multitask and working knowledge of excel, strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Requirements, Skills & Proficiencies:

Schedule Monday through Friday 7am until 4:30 pm, Full Time 40-45 hours per week

•    Compute and record numerical data.
•    Check the accuracy of invoices and apply proper credit.
•    Perform data entry and administrative duties.
•    Issuing payment to vendors.
