Sport Clips of Aurora - Orchard Road, 1720 N. Orchard Road.  Just south of I-88.  We are located in the same building as Lou Malnati's and Smallcakes.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the manager in day-to-day operations as well as handle stylist duties. Management duties include scheduling, inventory, marketing, improving the sales of the business, analyzing store reports and coaching/motivating Team Members.

Job Requirements:

Current cosmetology or barber license is required by state regulations

Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal communication skills

Previous demonstrated leadership experience
