Receptionist

Compass Insurance Advisors - We specialize in helping Individuals, Families, Self-Employed, and Businesses get the BEST solutions possible with Health, Medicare, Group, Life, and Supplements.

Basic Duties:

• Handling the Main Company Phones
• Monitoring the Compass main lines for texting (Agent, Client, Carrier, etc)
• Managing Lobby TV Calendar and Content
• Agent Support
• Client Support
• Lobby Greetings and Notifications (Agents, Clients, Carriers, etc)
• Fielding Inbound Recruiting Callbacks
• Group Quoting Support
• Agent Birthday Cards
• Assistant in facilitating internal trainings and events
• Overflow and cross-training into commissions, recruiting, and accounting support
• Coordinate food/catering for internal meetings, trainings, and event
• General admin tasks
• And more

Qualifications:

• Feel comfortable with using new technology platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Hardworking and trustworthy
• Quickbooks experience
