Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, assess their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
- Curate and communicate drink menus, including new offerings and specials.
- Craft beverages, garnish glasses, and serve drinks with precision and flair.
- Verify legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol-related regulations.
- Manage inventory and procure supplies for a well-stocked bar and tables.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the cash register.
- Maintain a pristine work area by managing cleaning tasks and organizing equipment.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative cocktail recipes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Meets state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Engaging demeanor, professional appearance, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer operations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and managing prolonged periods on your feet.
