This job is perfect for anyone that loves to work with their hands and challenge themselves physically, wants to be in charge of seeing a project till the end, see beautiful private homes and large spacious community centers, athletic centers and schools, all while working with a small crew on a project that has a beginning and an end. It's great for those that want to be in a different place throughout the week, and love to travel around WI. People who love to have a general idea of the plan but open to going with the flow, and those that appreciate being a valuable part of the team.

You'll learn the specialized business of rehabbing, installing and maintaining Wood and synthetic sports floors. Experience with construction is a plus, but not necessary - we are happy to train. We work side by side to teach you the skills you need to perform this job. Everyone has a back story, as long as yours is cleaned up now, we are happy to meet you. Willing to take Drug test is required, random drug tests may be required throughout season.

Qualifications
· Driver's License required
· Construction and Carpentry experience a plus
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Pass drug screening when asked
