Temporary Part Time Cleaner - $22-25 per hour

We are currently seeking a Temporary Part Time Cleaner to join our team! Reliable car and smartphone with good service required. You will be responsible for cleaning mostly vacant homes, but some homes may be occupied. Homes/worksites throughout the Portland metro area with our Lake Oswego office as your home base. Opportunity for full time in Spring/Summer.

Starting wage $22/hr with optional $3/hr bonus

Mileage and supplies paid.

Due to the nature of our business, some weeks will be full time while other weeks would be part time and on an as needed basis. Evening cleanings are allowed.

Responsibilities:

• Follow stringent written guidelines for housecleaning criteria
• Take before/after photos, especially of heavily soiled areas
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as but not limited to cleaning floors, trash removal, dusting, cleaning appliances
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Report maintenance issues in homes
• General work hours 9-5 M-F but schedule may be adjusted slightly based on company or employee's needs

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Communicate effectively in English
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have own reliable vehicle
• Must have smartphone with good service, capable of taking photos, connecting with company software/apps

Benefits:

• Mileage reimbursed at current IRS rate (currently $0.655/mile)
