Job Title: Building Automation Energy Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Automation Energy Analyst to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge building automation systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in utilizing databases and data visualization tools to interpret and present actionable solutions to stakeholders. Your focus will be improving efficiencies in commercial buildings' HVAC and electrical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of building schematics, sequences of operation, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain advanced building automation systems. 
  • Work proficiently with databases and data visualization tools to analyze and interpret data. 
  • Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, focusing on enhancing efficiencies in HVAC and electrical systems in commercial buildings. 
  • Conduct thorough reviews of schematics, sequences of operation, and building automation systems. 
  • Manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. 
  • Provide ongoing updates to program stakeholders to support achieving desired business outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program operations and contribute to the organization's overall success. 


Requirements:

  • Must be locally based in or near Seattle, WA. 
  • Demonstrated stable work history. 
  • Minimum 8 years of advanced experience in programming, service, and repair related to building automation systems. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
