Come join our marketing team as the Sales Support Specialist and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The Sales Support Specialist will be the driving force behind shaping the Bank's brand reputation.

The Sales Support Specialist position is a hybrid position that, while primarily performed remotely, requires a presence in our key markets to effectively perform job-related duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Data entry and management, writing up sales calls and keeping track of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Sales Operations: Owning operational aspects of the sales functions including outreach projects and merchandise management.
  • Sales Calls: Proactively assist our teams with sales calls as directed, scheduling sales calls and follow-up as directed.
  • Data mining: Source potential customers as directed, research and find creative ways to mine data within the legal requirements.
  • Project work: Assist with new business-related projects.


Specific Requirements:

  • Working knowledge in Salesforce and CRM best practices.
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques and processes required (i.e., outbound direct marketing, sales blitzes and community networking).
  • Ability and willingness to actively promote the Bank and its products and services and hands on support in the acquisition of new prospects required.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services strongly preferred.
  • Overall technically savvy and a quick learner of applications, programs and systems.
  • Candidates must be excellent and effective communicators with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals. Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Resourceful, detail oriented and an extremely organized self-starter.

Physical Demands:

  • Sustained standing and sitting.
  • Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
