Companion Caregiver

Summary: We currently need smart, cheerful and energetic caregivers.

Responsibilities: As the caregiver, you will be responsible for

• Assisting with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene--You'll help the client look and feel his/her best by keeping him/her well-groomed and picking out clothes that bring a smile.

• Encouraging him/her to complete activities and exercises.
• Preparing and serving nutritious meals for the client.

• Providing care that enables him/her to live with as much vitality, good health, happiness and dignity as possible--Our RN will work with you to find ways to provide 'inspired' care.

• Monitoring patient medications and updating daily activity charts--This is an essential communication tool that shares information with families and health care professionals
• Drive him/her to and from doctor's appointment or personal appointments

Job Type: Part-time: 4-5 hours, 10AM - 2/3PM - Mondays through Fridays

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
