Summary
As a member of our Quality Assurance Team, QA Coordinator I is responsible for directly supporting residential programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and Everas high quality standards of service. QA Coordinator I has a direct impact on the lives of people with disabilities through ongoing benchmarking of Everas quality standards, providing direct guidance to agency staff, teaching/training agency staff on site, and working alongside Clinical, QA and Residential programs to ensure services are being delivered, documentation is accurate and effective communication is occurring. Your commitment to excellence in disability services, collaborative mindset, professionalism, and high-level organizational skills are needed to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people in our programs.
Quality Assurance Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Onsite support of all Residential programs
- Teach/train Residential staff to ensure services are being delivered as required
- Work with QA, Clinical and Residential leadership to ensure quality services
- Coordinate service delivery whenever needed
- Provide orientation, review and reports regarding CQI standards to support employee knowledge of quality and compliance standards

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year of related work experience OR HS Diploma with minimum 5 years related experience
- Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule to include evenings/weekends
- Criminal Background Check
- Valid NJ Driver’s license
- Willingness to meet NJ Executive Order 252, which requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster; at minimum one dose is required to begin employment with the expectation to complete subsequent doses as per recommended time frames; this requirement may be waived only in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the law.
