Sales Support Specialist

This position will work directly with our proprietary product, DigiFLO®*—a powerful web platform that enables organizations to streamline the process in which marketing materials and other printed products are distributed to the field. Our custom platform includes inventory management, customized storefront, approval routing, PDF preview, order archive, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales to place customer orders
- Help facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues
- Provide basic troubleshooting—Login/ Password changes
- Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide solutions, recommendations, and product information with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy.
- Determine cause of problems for misprints
- Assist sales reps with DigiFLO portal
- Setup mailers using our mailing software
- Coordinate with art department when edits or changes need to be made to a print file
- Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that late orders and orders with issues are processed as quickly as possible
Requirements/ Education / Experience:
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette is required
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge
- Previous work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention is preferred
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability
- Must be team oriented
