We are a non-profit organization founded in August 2004 with the mission of guiding and providing financial support to healthcare professionals who graduated in other countries, helping them integrate into the healthcare system in the United States.

Our organization is not a school, nor a university; The programs are designed exclusively for the personal enrichment of members and enhance their employment opportunities in the labor market.

All of our organization's programs are intended to provide services and help the community.

We are looking for an associate to help our members to guide them through our Continuing Education Programs.

The responsibilities of the Front Desk Associate or Continuing Education Specialist are:

Provide information to our members and students about our programs.

Send Follow-up emails and calls.

Register students into the programs.

Provide before, during, and after purchase assistants.

Administrative task

Skills that we seek:

Have a professional language with internal and external members

Have experience in sales

Be bilingual

Punctuality

Know Microsoft, Salesforce experience is a plus

Be self-motivated
