Job Description
As a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable, you will work on a variety of activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, manage the A/R aging, perform customer credit reviews and collecting payments from customers. Specific responsibilities include oversight of accounts receivable processing as well as customer invoicing. More specifically, this position will be tasked with helping the Manager, Accounts Receivable to implement process improvement and achieve maximum efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, guide, and challenge accounts receivable staff.
- Review aging and contact customers or sales team on past due accounts.
- Manage accounts on credit hold, including releasing orders, credit memos and service orders.
- Review credit applications for new customers.
- Review credit lines for customers.
- Prepare reports of regular intervals (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) making forecasts on payment flow.
- Reconcile accounts receivable account and accounts receivable related accounts monthly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred Major: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- The desire to review processes and improve as well as streamline existing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability lead a team.
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels within the organization and with external customers.
