MD/DO - Senior Care - Fox Valley

ThedaCare is seeking a BE/BC Senior Care Physician to work independently or with a team supporting our geriatric patients. You will be responsible for working with PALTC patients in community living facilities to create a relationship while administering high quality patient care. 

Position Details: 

• Full-time (5 days/week) w/ 36 patient contact hours
• Option for 4x10hr shifts
• Seeking experienced Physicians but would consider new graduates.
  • Preferred experience: Long-term Care, ICU, Geriatrics 
• On-Call 19 weekdays, 1 holiday, 6 weekends (Fri 5p-Mon 7a) in 2024.  MD Back up on call at all times
• 7-8 on average for an 8-hour day, depending on the type of visit (admission vs compliance)
• Additional coverage to rural communities 
• Support staff includes RNs and schedulers who help to coordinate provider visits, communicate with facilities, and triage phone calls.
• The team consists of 4 Physicians and 8 APCs
