Note: This position is on-site with no remote or telework options. No per diem or relocation assistance. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius preferred.
Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a clerical assistant. This role is ideal for someone who excels in maintaining order and efficiency in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently organize and manage filing systems.
Prepare various documents for shredding, digitizing, indexing, and other disposition processes.
Accurate and timely data entry for document tracking.
Operate and manage standard office equipment.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Qualifications:
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and pre-employment physical.
US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of written and verbal communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proper use of syntax.
Knowledgeable in standard office procedures and filing systems.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Adaptable and ready to take on unexpected tasks as needed.
Proven multitasking ability while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Be part of a significant environmental management initiative, spanning 65 acres with multiple specialized facilities. This project represents a major effort in environmental restoration and waste management.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll independently and collaboratively handle documents, ensuring their proper disposition. Your role will require initiative, discretion, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and problems.
