Are you an inventive and visionary Multimedia Designer with a passion for construction? We are looking for a Permanent Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can utilize your creativity and technical skills to develop compelling multimedia content for our construction projects.
You will be working closely with our team of architects, engineers, and marketers to create a variety of digital, print, and video materials that will showcase our projects and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, as well as expertise in AutoCAD 3D, construction documents, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD drafting, design videos, and photography.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize AutoCAD 3D and CAD drafting to create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing 3D models and drafts of our construction projects.
2. Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos and animations, to showcase our projects and services.
3. Work with construction documents to understand project specifications and requirements, and incorporate this information into your designs.
4. Use Adobe Creative Suite to create a range of materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
5. Take high-quality photographs of our projects, and edit these images to highlight key features and details.
6. Collaborate with our team to understand project goals and requirements, and provide creative input to ensure these goals are met.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our multimedia content is fresh, innovative, and effective.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD drafting.
4. Experience working with construction documents and understanding their specifications and requirements.
5. Proven ability to design engaging videos and animations.
6. Strong photography skills, with the ability to capture high-quality images and edit them effectively.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
8. A strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia design skills and creativity.
