Location: This position is located onsite. First you will begin working at our Round Lake Beach branch temporarily. Then later this spring the position will move to our new corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

As a Loan Servicing Representative, you'll partner with employees throughout CCU to assist with an array of loan-related needs, questions, and processes. The primary focus is to help with securing vehicle titles but will also include working on boat and recreational vehicle loans. You'll provide exceptional service and work closely with members to assist them with loan-related functions including name changes, preparing/completing title documentation, auto title releases, insurance requests, and payments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service, staying consistent with follow-up, and looking out for our members' and CCU's best interest to help with securing vehicle titles. You'll love this work because you're a go-getter who finds joy in helping others, so this will come naturally to you!
  • Assisting members with loan related functions like name changes, preparing/completing title documentation, auto title releases, insurance requests, payments, and so much more!
  • Serving as a team player by assisting in other areas of the department or participating in special project teams or assignments that may come up!

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience working in an office or administrative setting with strong proficiency in computer systems. We don't require banking or lending experience but it's a plus if you have it!
  • A self-starter, independent worker
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week between the following hours:
    • Monday - Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm
