As the Coordinator, Remarketing (Auction Sales) you will be responsible for processing of Auction proceeds, invoices, fee tracking, ledger entries, maintaining backup documentation and the like from the sale of vehicles. This role is responsible for processing sales/invoices, document backup tracking, executing process BOT's, providing audit/compliance support and the like along with improving overall operational effectiveness and maintain/enhance client/supplier experience. This is a key role that ensures all proceeds are processed accurately and consistently, resulting in the properly billing to our clients.

A Day in the Life

  • Processing proceeds from Auction sales, ensuring all funds are balances and process to each unit required. Involves the use of Automation through BOTs and manual entry.

  • Processing invoices from suppliers, interfacing with ERP and the AP Team. Follow-up with Suppliers to ensure invoices are processed timely and properly.

  • Maintaining all required backup for all sales, ensure retention requirements are meet.

  • Investigating variances between proceeds received and the supporting backup reporting, resolving any variances through communication to Suppliers/Element Remarketing team/Other Element Departments.

  • As required, post entries to General Ledger and interface with accounting team to ensure all funds balance.

  • Liaise with business partners in North America, internal/external, as needed.

  • Maintain all documentation backup required to meet SOC (System of Operational Controls) and IFCR ( Internal Financial Control Reporting) requirements each Month.

  • Compile and organize all backup required for Internal/External Audits as required.

  • Ensure all Monthly audits are performed, documented, retained and approved as required.

  • Liaise with business partners in North America, internal/external, as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a high School Diploma with an Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business preferred

  • Minimum 5 experience in Financial Industry, Processing Function is preferred

  • Cash reconciliation experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on strong excel skills

  • Remarketing Experience a plus

  • Commercial Fleet Experience a plus
