Job Description

As the Revenue Operations Analyst at Authenticx, you will partner with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive strategy and growth by managing revenue applications (e.g., HubSpot CRM) and providing data driven insights and recommendations.

In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with a dataset of over 20,000 customers and uncover insights and build tools to help our teams optimize our relationships with our customers and outreach to prospects. You will have the opportunity to drive and build data reports & tools that let us measure, optimize, and scale our sales and marketing activity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot CRM data and analytical domains and proactively make recommendations based on data.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to help track key performance indicators (KPIs), integrated across Finance, Sales, and Marketing, and Account Management, to ensure that business processes and systems are generating accurate data.
  • Manage the data to unlock growth opportunities, deliver ongoing analysis to guide sales funnel optimizations, increase sales efficiency, drive client renewals, and help bring transparencyto the performance of our business.
  • Promote data integrity through duplicate management and filling data gaps.
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our HubSpot data.
  • Utilize and demonstrate analytical, reporting, data management, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills.
Qualifications

Our ideal Revenue Operations Analyst will posses the following qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevantfields preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a Sales/Revenue Operations Analyst role or similar position
  • Experience supportingenterprise SaaS sales and marketing teams
  • Superior technical skills withCRMs (HubSpot preferred), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,and report building and data visualization tools
  • CRM administrator experience preferred
  • Strong math/analytical skills with ability to interpret data
  • High level of attention to detail - ensuring data integrity is critical for this role
  • Experience documenting policies or procedures
Additional Information
  • This is a hybrid position consisting of both on-site and remote/virtual work.
  • Candidates must live in/near theGreaterIndianapolisarea and be willing and able to work from our Indianapolis office 2 days per week.
  • Candidates mustbe authorized to legally work in the USAwithoutrequiring employment visa sponsorshipnow or in the future.
