ABOUT THE ROLE * Serve as the finance leader for regional operating companies, collaborating with leadership teams to drive growth and ROCE * Drive and support strategic initiatives with executive leadership teams * Lead core financial processes including month end close, annual budgeting, long range Strategic Plan and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews * Facilitate and drive frequent ad-hoc projects to support strategic OpCo business decisions * Recommend, develop, and implement processes that guide the organization in improving profitability * Develop, analyze, and monitor current and historic KPI trends ABOUT YOU * Natural ability to work independently, think objectively, and lead strategic initiatives * Passionate about evaluating businesses and translating findings into actionable insights * Relentless attitude towards applying rigorous logic and data driven approach to solve complex problems * Effective at building meaningful relationships with a broad group of business partners, and executive teams * Adept at managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy * Possess exceptional organizational skills, with an innate ability to identify process shortcomings and recommend improvements * Demonstrates strong leadership with exceptional written communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex financial problems QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of relevant experience * BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; advanced degree preferred * Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills * Knowledge of financial reporting and business intelligence tools (SAP, SQL, Power BI) preferred Compensation: Pay for this position will be between $106,766 and $160,149 annually. Incentive Compensation Plan: This position may eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan bonus of up to 20% of base pay, subject to Company and individual performance and per company policy. Individuals hired/transferred during the year will be eligible to receive a pro rata share after six (6) months of service in the event that a bonus is paid out. Vacation: This position will accrue 15 days of vacation a year. Accrued vacation will be vested and available for use after successfully completing six (6) months of service.
