On-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician Needed!

3 Point Property Management is seeking a full-time handyman/maintenance technician to help with many projects such as building repairs, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, plumbing, apartment turnover, painting and all things alike for our 70+ unit apartment building. Team member must possess the ability to handle stressful situations, while both diffusing them and making quick decisions when needed.

Applicants must:

· Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance coverage

· Have their own tools and have the necessary skills to use them proficiently

· Be on call and be able to work weekends

· Be able to pass a background check and drug screening

· Have a minimum of 3-5 years of previous handyman/maintenance technician experience

· Be good at interacting with current residents

· Be familiar with fair housing regulations

· Be self-motivated, organized have a good attendance record

Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to:

*Live On-Site option (after 90 days- rent discount options)

*Grounds cleanup, minor landscaping, snow removal

*Apartment Turnovers

*Electrical repairs

*Appliance repairs

*Light Painting and Carpentry

*Plumbing

*Emergency Calls

*Overseeing Vendors

*Coordinate purchase orders with On-Site Manager

*Basic HVAC repairs

*Multi facet repairs and maintenance as required for property upkeep and be able to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise.
