Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant

We have an opening for an Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant who has demonstrated experience in performing multiple tasks including accounts payable and data entry. The right individual will be able to handle the heavy workload at a construction-related company and will be able to perform critical tasks timely and accurately.

Duties include:

• Assist the President and Accounting Manager in a variety of administrative tasks
• Keep track of payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Produce monthly reports
• Research and resolve issues
• Prepare a variety of spreadsheets
• Support office staff as needed

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Commitment to task
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Have a strong work ethic and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Detail oriented and accurate
