Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Intake patients, vitals, chief complaint, past medical history, surgical history
• Run In Office Point Of Care Tests
• Answer Office Calls
• Schedule Appointments
• Trouble shoot patient call & EMR portal messages

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in OBGYN/Reproductive healthcare a PLUS
• Strong Communication skills a MUST
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player
• Punctual & Reliable
