Remote Technical Support-
This position will be supporting a utility companies drivers in the field with any IT equipment related questions they have. These drivers have vans and cars that are outfitted with technology that needs to be supported. This position will require initial onsite training at Syracuse, NY location and then the role will be 100% remote. Looking for candidates in the NY-Tri-State area. Upstate NY would be ideal. This resource should have 5+ years of IT Technical Support/End User Support. They will be troubleshooting issues with:
I-Pads, I-phones, GPS systems, Dashcam cameras, Wireless modems and other technologies. Prior experience supporting a fleet field group would be ideal.
