Construction Laborer

Montana Builders, a construction company based in Belgrade, Montana, is currently seeking hardworking and dedicated construction laborers to join our team.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our construction team in various tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects. Requirements:
- Assist with various construction tasks, such as digging trenches, and operating heavy machinery.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Skills:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
