We are looking for an experienced self-motivated appointment setter/ dispatcher to book leads with clients and dispatch sales people as necessary. This person should be highly organized, have great customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task.

This job includes but is not limited to; receiving customer inquiries via telephonic, email, and social media. Making appointments between clients and sales team, as well as dispatching sales team. Pay is weekly base, at $18 hourly + commission which is based on sales.

Appointment setting and dispatching in a office setting. Weekly base + commission, estimate weekly pay is from $750-$3000, based on results.

We are a busy home improvement and renovation company that specialize in kitchen & bathroom remodeling as well as room additions.

We are looking for an experienced independent appointment setter to book leads with clients and dispatch sales people.

Lead Sources include:

· Call in

· Warm calling

· Social media

· Face book

· Internet inquiries

WE DO NOT DO COLD CALLING! WE DO NOT HASSLE HOMEOWNERS

This job opportunity is a full/part time work that offers weekly pay and commissions.

Commission Is a % from the gross sales, we pay every Friday.

You will be setting appointments for our salespersons for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room additions and much more.

Those customers will be residential homes owners only (no commercial)

Previous home improvement experience will be considered a big bonus.

A Bilingual Spanish and English speaking are a big plus, some of the customers will be Spanish speaking only.

Requires:

1. Pass a background check.

2. Be able to work on W-9

3. Experience 5 years in sales home improvement products.

4. Appointment setting or confirmation previous experience.

5. Hunger to sale, Closing ability, Very organized.

6. Able to learn new software’s.

7. Familiar with CRM, excel, word.

8. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Supplemental pay types:

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
