Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Must have supervisory experience in a long term care setting
• Strong leadership skills
• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred

Job Details:

• Lead a team of nursing staff and foster a team atmosphere
• Ability to be a liaison with residents, families and support departments
• Provide information on practices and procedures
• Know the laws, regulations and guidelines of a Long Term Care facility
• Ability to implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department.
• Follow and understand all company policies
• Display integrity and professionalism
