Project Manager - Night Shift - Pressure Washing Hood Cleaning

HOODZ of Central Iowa is seeking a Project Manager for a fast paced third-shift management position at a well-established commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning business. HOODZ is the largest and leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company in our industry. The Project Manager will oversee operations while managing the schedule and efficiency of multiple crews consisting of spray techs, lead techs, and supervising lead techs with at least 12 direct reports. The Project Manager will be responsible for establishing a positive rapport with all employees and maintaining best practice for quality, safety, and efficiency.

An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with management experience, ideally third shift management and experience running multiple crews. Previous mechanical, electrical, or construction experience is a plus. They will have strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt and think on their feet. The Project Manager will be detail oriented and able to retain information and apply knowledge and logic to many situations. As Project Manager they must be willing to be trained, certified, and keep up to date with the NFPA 96 and local fire codes that regulate our business. Knowledge of and experience with power washing and chemicals are a plus.

The Project Manager must be available Sunday through Thursday with flexible hours to be discussed during the interview. Reliable personal transportation is a must. A work vehicle is provided for all work-related transportation.

This is an exempt position with a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience including applicable mechanical knowledge and OSHA certification. This position is also eligible for a bonus based on profit sharing with endless possibilities for advancement in this rapidly growing business.

· Leadership skills and the ability to work with third shift employees; and
