Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator


Job Description:


We are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team and help execute our integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, the Marketing Operations Coordinator is accountable for the tactical execution and organization of campaigns; and the development and creation of tracking for multiple channels including DM, Email, Search, Banners, Print, OOH, and Social. The ideal candidate will have experience in Marketing, be able to work independently, and be a team player. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for campaign setup, ensuring all deadlines are met, creating tracking codes, and assisting in the execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities:


Operations:

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing programs and/or fulfillment with direct mail, e-mail, web, and social/digital channels
  • Coordinate all updates into the weekly huddle document; following-up on missing items
  • Coordinate mailing lists pulls with internal teams, ensuring all data is correct and is executed properly.
  • Build and execute trackable assets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Align with partner agencies to ensure that project start/end dates are accurate & each project is tested prior to going live
  • Support the Marketing Operations team with updating campaign schedules, organizing and planning meetings as needed, as well as ensuring all compliance processes are met
  • Communicate campaign deliverables, coordinating, and assembling requirements.
  • Communicating and developing schedules/timelines internally and with cross-team.
  • Other operational duties as assigned

Quality Assurance:

  • Review vendor-supplied inputs/outputs to the marketing database.
  • Review Masterfiles reports and other support documents to ensure accuracy.
  • updating of all internal process documents so they remain relevant.
  • Monitor campaign activity to identify any potential risks; elevate as needed

Administrative:

  • Maintain the weekly status report and follow-up with A/P on outstanding invoices
  • Job will result in waves of work; must be flexible with time management and willing to put in additional time when needed/necessary to meet internal & Client deadlines
  • General administrative tasks as needed with regards to billing, invoicing, PIMMS & TPP preparation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with in-person & remote teams
  • Superior attention to detail and follow-up skills are needed.
  • Problem-Solver; Strong Leader; Team Player; Process Driven
  • Intermediate skills in the use of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced heavily-process driven work environment
  • Experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Management (execution, not strategic) processes is a plus+
  • Experience working with a GOV Client and/or GOV-related systems is a plus+
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SFMC and Vendor Management a plus
