Job Details

Our company is looking for a skilled and experienced Permanent Project Engineer - Field Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in using Procore and handling RFIs. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform site inspections and ensure that all construction work is in compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and schedules
  • Manage the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
  • Prepare and submit RFIs and change orders as needed
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
  • Work closely with subcontractors and other vendors to ensure that work is completed according to specifications
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on field engineering
  • Proficiency in using Procore and other construction management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
