Business Unit: Compass Group Insurance || Location: Fernandina Beach, FL

We are looking for a customer service oriented insurance representative to meet the needs of current and potential customers. You will differentiate and place insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Foster productive relationships to maintain/create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking and using referrals etc
• Evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose plans that meet their criteria
• Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Maintain database and records systems
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Periodically communicate with current clients through email, mail systems, and phone calls

Skills:

• Familiarity with health and/or Medicare insurance plans is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Ability to communicate, present, influence and promote effectively
• Delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Active Insurance License 2-15, 2-14, 2-40, 2-20 will be prioritized
• High school or BS degree
